Common use of Unconditional Right of Holders to Convert Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Right of Holders to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Debenture shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to convert its Debenture in accordance with this Article 12 and to bring an action for the enforcement of any such right to convert, and such rights shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
