Common use of Unconditional Right of Holders to Payments Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Right of Holders to Payments. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Debt Security will have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the principal of and, subject to Section 2.8 and Section 2.10 hereof, any interest on such Debt Security on the respective Maturity or Maturities expressed in such Debt Security and to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment. Such rights will not be impaired without the consent of such Holder.
