Unconditional Right of Holders to Receive Principal. Premium and Interest. -------------------- Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture the Holder of any Note shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment, as provided herein (including, if applicable, Article Eleven) and in such Note of the principal of (and premium, if any) and (subject to Section 311) interest and Liquidated Damages, if any, on such Note on the respective Stated Maturities expressed in such Note (or, in the case of redemption or repurchase, on the Redemption Date or repurchase) and to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment, and such rights shall not be impaired without the consent of such Holder.
