Unconditional Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Note shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the Principal on and Interest and Additional Interest, if any, in respect of the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, to convert the Notes in accordance with Article 12 or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates or the right to convert, and such rights shall not be impaired or affected adversely without the consent of such Holder.
