Unconditional Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Debenture shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the principal amount, Redemption Price or Repurchase Price, and Interest (including Contingent Interest) in respect of the Debentures held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Debenture or any Redemption Date or Repurchase Date, and to convert the Debenture in accordance with Article 12, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates or the right to convert, and such rights shall not be impaired or affected adversely without the consent of such Holder.
