Common use of Unconditional Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Note shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the principal of and interest (including Additional Interest, if any) on such Note on the respective due dates expressed in such Note and to convert such Note in accordance with Article 11, and to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates and right to convert, and such rights shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
