Unconditional Rights of Owners to Receive Distributions. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the Owner of any Certificate shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive distributions to the extent provided herein and therein with respect to such Certificate or to institute suit for the enforcement of any such distribution, and such right shall not be impaired without the consent of such Owner.
