Uncovered Parking. Tenant shall be permitted, on a non-exclusive basis, to use up to five (5) uncovered, unreserved parking spaces based on a ratio of 0.5/1,000 square feet of Rentable Area (“General Parking Spaces”) at no additional charge to Tenant.
Uncovered Parking. Landlord will maintain, on a non-exclusive basis, six (6) uncovered, unreserved parking spaces located on the Building’s surface parking lot (“General Parking Spaces”); for Tenant’s nonexclusive use at no additional charge to Tenant.
Uncovered Parking. Landlord will at all times during the Term maintain a minimum of fifty-three (53) uncovered, unreserved parking spaces (“General Parking Spaces”) on the Property which will be available for Tenant’s nonexclusive use. The parking fee (“Parking Fee”) for each General Parking Space are included in the Monthly Base Rent.
Uncovered Parking. Tenant and Tenant’s agents, employees, servants, contractors, subtenants, invitees, guests and licensees (each a “Tenant Party”) shall have the non-exclusive right to use a total of Nineteen (19) of the Project’s uncovered parking spaces with the other tenants in the Project.
