Common use of Uncured Breach Clause in Contracts

Uncured Breach. Should either Party default in the performance of any material obligation under this Agreement, or breach any material provision contained in this Agreement, and not cure or substantially cure the default or breach within thirty (30) days

Uncured Breach. Should either Party default in the performance of any material obligation under this Agreement, or breach any material provision contained in this Agreement, and not cure or substantially cure the default or breach within thirty fifteen (3015) daysdays after receipt of written notice by the other Party of such default or breach, then in addition to other remedies set forth in this Agreement or allowed by law, this Agreement may be terminated by the non-defaulting/non- breaching Party upon written notice to the defaulting/breaching Party.
