Underlying Instruments. The Collateral Agent will not dispose of any documents constituting the Underlying Instruments in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral except as contemplated by this Agreement.
