Underlying Loan Information. During any period of time commencing after Class A Lender notifies Borrower in writing that Class A Lender (together with its Affiliates) no longer has any direct economic interest in the Underlying Whole Loan, to the extent the related items are available to Borrower pursuant to its rights under the Underlying Loan Agreement: (A) Borrower shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to Lender no later than the fifth (5th) day of each month, any and all property level financial information (including, without limitation, operating and financial statements) with respect to the Underlying Loan that was received during the preceding calendar month and is in the possession of Borrower or an Affiliate of Borrower, including, without limitation, rent rolls, income statements and STR reports; and (B) promptly upon request, such other information with respect to the Underlying Loan that may be reasonably requested by Class A Lender from time to time and to the extent within Borrower’s possession or may be reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and readily available to Borrower.

Underlying Loan Information. During any period of time commencing after Class A Lender notifies Borrower that Class A Lender or an Affiliate of Class A Lender is no longer a lender under the Underlying Loan Agreement, to the extent the related items are available to Borrower pursuant to its rights under the Underlying Loan Agreement: Borrower shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to Lender (A) following receipt by Borrower thereof, any and all written property level financial information (including, without limitation, operating and financial statements) with respect to the Underlying Loan that was received during the preceding calendar month and is in the possession of Borrower or an Affiliate of Borrower, including, without limitation, rent rolls, income statements and STR reports; and (B) promptly upon request, such other written information with respect to the Underlying Loan that may be reasonably requested by Class A Lender from time to time and to the extent available to Borrower.
Underlying Loan Information. Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent such additional information regarding Borrower, its business, and the Underlying Loan within thirty (30) days after receipt of Administrative Agent’s request therefor, including, if requested by Administrative Agent, copies of the regular monthly bank statements of Borrower or provided to Borrower by the Underlying Loan Borrower (if any) and such other information relating to the Borrower’s operating accounts and cash management accounts and reserves maintained with Servicer as shall reasonably be requested by Administrative Agent, in each case, to the extent such bank has the operational ability to do so, by providing Administrative Agent with internet access to such statements or information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 5, with respect to a Lender request for or any requirement that Borrower provide information concerning the Underlying Loan, unless the Underlying Loan Borrower is expressly required to provide such information pursuant to the Underlying Loan Documents, Borrower shall be required only to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such information. Borrower shall enforce the financial reporting requirements of the Underlying Loan in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.
