Common use of Underlying Security Clause in Contracts

Underlying Security. The multiplier for the new Underlying Security shall equal the product of the last value of the Multiplier with respect to the original Underlying Security and the number of shares of the new Underlying Security with respect to one share of the original Underlying Security.

Underlying Security. The multiplier Multiplier for the new Underlying Security shall equal the product of the last value of the Multiplier with respect to of the original Underlying Security and the number of shares securities of the new Underlying Security exchanged with respect to one share of the original Underlying Security.
