Understanding of Waivers. Each Borrower warrants and agrees that the waivers set forth in this Section 13 are made with full knowledge of their significance and consequences. If any of such waivers are determined to be contrary to any applicable law or public policy, such waivers shall be effective only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
