Common use of Understandings; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Understandings; Amendments. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between Employee and the Company concerning such subject matter. No representation, promise, inducement or statement of intention has been made by or on behalf of either party hereto that is not set forth in this Agreement or the documents referred to herein. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a written instrument specifically referring to this Agreement executed by the parties hereto.
