UNDERTAKING BY COMPANY. The Company undertakes, for the benefit of each Noteholder, to perform and observe the obligations on its part contained in this Instrument, to the intent that this Instrument shall enure for the benefit of all Noteholders each of whom may enforce the provisions of this Instrument against the Company so far as his holding of Notes is concerned.
