Undertaking of Agreement; Professionals and Experts. Seller has engaged those professional or other experts it believes necessary to understand its rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement. All professionals or experts including, but not limited to, engineers, attorneys or accountants, that Seller may have consulted or relied on in undertaking the transactions contemplated by this Agreement have been solely those of Seller.
