Undertaking to comply. Each Obligor who is a Party undertakes that this clause 26 will be complied with throughout the Facility Period.
Undertaking to comply. Each Obligor who is a Party undertakes that this clause 23 will be complied with in relation to each Mortgaged Ship throughout the relevant Ship’s Mortgage Period.
Undertaking to comply. The Borrower undertakes that this clause 24 shall be complied with in relation to the Ship and its Insurances throughout the Mortgage Period.
Undertaking to comply. The Borrower undertakes that this clause 20 will be complied with throughout the Facility Period.
Undertaking to comply. Except as otherwise approved by the Majority Lenders, each Obligor who is a Party undertakes that this clause 29 will be complied with by and in respect of each person to which each relevant provision of this clause is expressed to apply throughout the Facility Period.
Undertaking to comply. The Subsidiary Company undertakes to the Parent that it will comply with the Strategic Objectives and any Group Policies.
Undertaking to comply. The Owner undertakes to the Council to:
(a) complete, at the expense of the Owner, the Reinstatement Works as set out in the Building Pre-Inspection Report within the timeframe specified by Rule RB3.3.6 of the District Plan or within such reasonable timeframe otherwise agreed by the Owner and the Council in writing; and
(b) promptly remedy any breach by the Owner of its obligations under this Deed within seven (7) days of a request in writing by the Council to do so, or within such reasonable timeframe otherwise agreed by the Owner and the Council in writing.
Undertaking to comply. Except as otherwise approved by the Majority Lenders, the Borrower undertakes that this clause 27 will be complied with by and in respect of each person to which each relevant provision of this clause is expressed to apply throughout the Facility Period.
Undertaking to comply. The Owner undertakes that this Clause 50 will be complied with in relation to the Vessel throughout the Security Period
Undertaking to comply. The Owner undertakes that this Clause 51 will be complied with in relation to the Vessel throughout the period referred to in Clause 1.2 and 1.2(c).
