Undertaking to comply Clause Samples
The 'Undertaking to comply' clause requires a party to formally commit to adhering to specific obligations, rules, or standards set out in the agreement. In practice, this means the party must ensure that their actions, and often those of their employees or agents, are in line with the contractual requirements, such as following applicable laws, regulations, or internal policies. This clause serves to reinforce accountability and provides a clear basis for enforcing compliance, thereby reducing the risk of breaches and associated disputes.
