Undertakings in the Note Purchase Agreement. Each Guarantor will comply with each of the undertakings of the Company in the Note Purchase Agreement in respect of which the Company undertakes to cause such Guarantor to comply with such undertakings, as if such undertakings (as they apply to the Guarantors) were set forth at length herein as the undertakings of such Guarantor.
