Common use of Undertakings not to breach Warranties Clause in Contracts

Undertakings not to breach Warranties. Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to the Sole Sponsor, the Sole Global Coordinator, the Sole Bookrunner, the Sole Lead Manager and the Hong Kong Underwriter not to, and shall procure that neither the Company nor any other member of the Group shall, do or omit to do anything or permit to occur any event which would or might render any of the Warranties untrue, incorrect or misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or which could materially and adversely affect the Global Offering. Without prejudice to the foregoing, each of the Warrantors agrees not to make any amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents or any of them without the prior approval of the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Global Coordinator.
