Undertakings not to breach Warranties. The Company hereby undertakes to the Sole Sponsor, the Sole Representative, the Joint Global Coordinators and the Hong Kong Underwriters not to, and shall procure that neither the Company nor any other member of the Group shall, do or omit to do anything or permit to occur any event which would or might render any of the Warranties untrue, incorrect, misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or which could materially and adversely affect the Global Offering. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Company agrees not to make any amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents or any of them without the prior written approval of the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Representative.
