Partner’s electronic acceptance of the terms of Markets4you Legal Documentation confirms the undertakings mentioned herein and given by the Partner. 3.9. For avoidance of doubt, the Partner shall not conclude Service agreements on behalf of the Clients, shall not provide any advice or guidance to the Clients regarding investment decisions and/or conduct any other activities on behalf of the Clients or Markets4you other than described in this Agreement. 3.10.
