Common use of Underwriter Information Clause in Contracts

Underwriter Information. The parties acknowledge and agree that, for purposes of this Agreement, the information provided by or on behalf of any Underwriter consists solely of the material included in statements under the caption “Underwriting” in, and on the cover page of, the Prospectus as attached and listed in Annex IX hereto.
