Common use of UNDERWRITERS’ INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Underwriters’ Information consists solely of the statements concerning the Underwriters contained in the third, ninth and tenth paragraphs (relating to stabilization) under the heading “Underwriting”.
