Common use of Underwriting Discount Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Discount. In consideration of the services to be provided for hereunder, the Underwriters shall receive (i) a three and one-half percent (3.5%) discount with respect to any Offered Securities sold in this Offering to those investors sourced by the Company named in Schedule F hereto and in the amounts set forth opposite their respective names and (ii) a seven percent (7%) underwriting discount with respect to any other Offered Securities sold to all other investors in this Offering.

Underwriting Discount. In consideration of the services to be provided for hereunder, the Underwriters shall receive (i) a three four and one-half percent (3.54.5%) underwriting discount with respect to any Offered Securities sold in this Offering to those investors sourced by the Company named in Schedule F hereto and in the amounts set forth opposite their respective names and (ii) a seven percent (7%) underwriting discount with respect to any other Offered Securities sold to all other investors in this Offering.

Underwriting Discount. In consideration of the services to be provided for hereunder, the Underwriters shall receive (i) a three four and onethree-half tenth percent (3.54.3%) discount with respect to any Offered Securities sold in this Offering to those investors sourced by the Company named in Schedule F hereto and in the amounts set forth opposite their respective names and (ii) a seven percent (77.0%) underwriting discount with respect to any other Offered Securities sold to all other investors in this Offering.
