Common use of Underwriting Fee Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriters’ purchase of the Firm Shares and the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Underwriters a fee of US$0.878 per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, purchased by the Underwriters from the Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 12.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriters’ purchase of the Firm Shares and the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Underwriters a fee of US$0.878 $1.5375 per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, purchased by the Underwriters from the Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1213.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriters’ Underwriter’s purchase of the Firm Shares and the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Company Selling Shareholder agrees to pay to the Underwriters Underwriter a fee of US$0.878 $1.862 per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, purchased by the Underwriters Underwriter from the Company Selling Shareholder (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1214.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriters’ purchase of of: (i) the Firm Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Underwriters a fee of $• per Firm Share (being 3.25% of the Purchase Price) purchased by the Underwriters from the Company; and (ii) the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Underwriters a fee of US$0.878 $• per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, Shares (being 3.25% of the Purchase Price) purchased by the Underwriters from the Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1216.
