Underwriting Guidelines. A true and correct copy of the Underwriting Guidelines certified by an officer of the Seller.
Underwriting Guidelines. The Underwriting Guidelines provided to Buyer are the true and correct Underwriting Guidelines of the Seller.
Underwriting Guidelines. The underwriting guidelines of the Seller, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit to the related Assignment and Conveyance.
Underwriting Guidelines. Each Purchased Mortgage Loan has been originated in accordance with the Underwriting Guidelines (including all supplements or amendments thereto) previously provided to Buyer.

Underwriting Guidelines. Without the prior written consent of Buyer, Seller shall not deviate from the Underwriting Guidelines, as in effect from time to time, in connection with its origination of Purchased Mortgage Loans. Seller shall provide Buyer prompt written notice of any material changes to Seller’s then Underwriting Guidelines, including therewith a complete copy of Seller’s updated Underwriting Guidelines and a summary of the changes from the then most recent Underwriting Guidelines.
Underwriting Guidelines. KFHPWA may terminate this Group Agreement in the event the Group no longer meets underwriting guidelines established by KFHPWA that were in effect at the time the Group was accepted.
Underwriting Guidelines. Each Receivable has been originated in accordance with the Seller’s underwriting guidelines.
Underwriting Guidelines. Buyer and Seller shall have agreed upon Seller’s current Underwriting Guidelines for Loans and Buyer shall have received a copy thereof certified by a Responsible Officer of Seller.
Underwriting Guidelines. The Mortgage Loan was underwritten in accordance with the Underwriting Guidelines in effect at the time of origination. No representations have been made to a Mortgagor that are inconsistent with the mortgage instruments used. The Mortgage Note and Mortgage are on forms acceptable to Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac.
