UNDERWRITING SERVICES. The Fund on behalf of each Class hereby engages Investors, and Investors hereby agrees to act, as principal underwriter for each Class in connection with the sale and distribution of the shares of each Class of the Fund's Portfolios to the public, either through dealers or otherwise.
