Undesignated Amounts. If the Committee possesses at any time investment directions as to the notional investment of less than all of the Grantee’s Account, the Grantee shall be deemed to have directed that the undesignated portion of the Account be invested in a money market notional investment option offered under the Company Plan or notionally invested in such other fund or funds as the Committee determines in its discretion.
