Common use of Undesignated Preferred Stock Clause in Contracts

Undesignated Preferred Stock. Shares of Preferred Stock may be issued from time to time in one or more series. The Board of Directors may determine, in whole or in part, the preferences, voting powers, qualifications and special or relative rights or privileges of any such series before the issuance of any shares of that series. The Board of Directors shall determine the number of shares constituting each series of Preferred Stock and each series shall have a distinguishing designation.
