Undischarged Judgment. Final Judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of any Borrower, any of its respective Subsidiaries or any other Loan Party for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000.00 shall be rendered against any Borrower, any of its respective Subsidiaries or any other Loan Party, and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed; or
