Undischarged Judgment. Final Judgment or judgments in the aggregate, that might be or give rise to Liens on any property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, for the payment of money in excess of $1,000,000.00 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed; or
