Undisputed Payments. Each Party shall pay any undisputed portion of any amount owed to other Party pursuant to this Agreement within thirty (30) days after receipt of the applicable invoice or demand for payment from the Party seeking payment.
Undisputed Payments. Licensee shall pay all undisputed sums due to Pieris under this Agreement in accordance with Section 3. If any such sums which are undisputed are not paid to Pieris in accordance with Section 3 Pieris shall be entitled to apply to an appropriate court for judgement in default and to enforce any such judgement against Licensee.
