Common use of Undisputed portions of invoice Clause in Contracts

Undisputed portions of invoice. All undisputed portions of any fees will be due and payable 15 days after the date of the applicable invoice, unless otherwise set forth in the associated Statement of Work. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. If Company fails to pay any such amounts (in immediately available funds) when due, then, in addition to all other remedies available under this Agreement or at law (which PickNik does not waive by the exercise of any right under this Section 3.2), all such late payments shall bear simple interest at the lower of (a) 1.5% per month (calculated daily on a 365 day year) or (b) the highest rate permissible under applicable law, in either case, starting on the date such payment is due until the date the overdue amount plus such interest is paid.
