Common use of Undistributed Net Revenues Clause in Contracts

Undistributed Net Revenues. If the Enterprise has Net Revenues (irrespective of whether such Net Revenues are known or unknown upon the expiration of the Term or the sooner termination of this Agreement) which have not been distributed under Section 6 of this Agreement, the Manager shall receive at such time as such Net Revenues can be distributed that portion of such Net Revenues that it would have received had such Net Revenues been distributed during the Term.
