Common use of Undistributed Net Revenues Clause in Contracts

Undistributed Net Revenues. If on termination the Enterprise has accrued Net Revenues which have not been distributed under Section 5 of this Agreement, Manager shall receive that Management Fee equal to the Management Fee it would have received for the period prior to termination had the distribution occurred during the term of the Management Agreement, subject to the Band's right of setoff and recoupment.
