Unencumbered Asset Financials. As soon as available and in any event within 45 days after the end of each quarter, financial information in respect of all Unencumbered Assets, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Unencumbered Asset Financials. Concurrently with delivery of the items set forth in Section 5.03(b) and (c), the delivery to the Administrative Agent of a list of all Unencumbered Assets at such time, which list shall include the name, location and a short description of each such Unencumbered Asset and the Net Operating Income of each such Unencumbered Asset as of the end of the applicable quarter of the Fiscal Year or the Fiscal Year, as applicable, to which the financial reporting relates.
