Unenforceability and Severability. 7.5.1 In the event that any or any part of the terms, conditions, covenants or provisions contained in this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, such term, condition, covenant or provision shall to that extent be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining terms, conditions, covenants and provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
