Unenforceable or Illegal Provisions. If any provision of this Lease or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease and the application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been determined to be invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and such provisions of this Lease shall be valid and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
