Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions. If any term, covenant, condition or provision hereof is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the other provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect and will be liberally construed in favor of the Trustee and Mortgagee in order to carry out the provisions hereof.
