Common use of Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions Clause in Contracts

Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions. If any provision hereof or of any of the written instruments constituting part or all of the Obligations is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether with respect to all parties hereto or with respect to less than all of such parties, the other provisions hereof and of the written instruments will remain in full force and effect in that jurisdiction with respect to the parties as to which such provision is valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions hereof will be liberally construed in favor of Beneficiary in order to carry out the provisions hereof. The invalidity of any provision of this instrument in any jurisdiction will not affect the validity or enforceability of any provision in any other jurisdiction.
