Common use of Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions Clause in Contracts

Unenforceable or Inapplicable Provisions. If any provision hereof or of any of the written instruments constituting part or all of the Obligations is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other provisions hereof and of the written instruments will remain in full force and effect in that jurisdiction, and the remaining provisions hereof will be liberally construed in favor of the Trustee and Lender in order to carry out the provisions hereof. The invalidity of any provision of this instrument in any jurisdiction will not affect the validity or enforceability of any provision in any other jurisdiction. Any reference herein contained to a statute or law of a state in which no part of the Collateral is situated will be deemed inapplicable to, and not used in, the interpretation hereof.
