Common use of Unexercised Warrants Clause in Contracts

Unexercised Warrants. If less than all the Plan Warrants evidenced by a Warrant Certificate or Book Entry are exercised upon a single occasion, until the Expiration Date, a new Warrant Certificate or Book Entry for the balance of the Plan Warrants not so exercised shall be issued and delivered to or recorded in the Warrant Holder’s name, or in accordance with transfer instructions properly given by the Warrant Holder.
