Unfair and Unreasonable Incentives. Subject to the provisions of Section 1 of Article XI of this Agreement, if any Employee shall claim that by reason of any change or other event specified in paragraph (c) of this Section which shall occur, his incentive has become unreasonable and unfair, he may initiate a complaint in respect thereof and such complaint shall be handled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article XI hereof. If in the determination of such complaint or subsequent grievance such incentive shall be changed, the new incentive shall be established in accordance with the principles set forth in paragraph (c) of this Section.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to ECI, or from ECI to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
