Unfair Competition, Misappropriation of Trade Secrets and Violation of Solicitation Clauses. Employee acknowledges that unfair competition, misappropriation of Trade Secrets or violation of any of the provisions contained in Section 7 would cause irreparable injury to Employer, that the remedy at law for any violation or threatened violation thereof would be inadequate, and that Employer shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive or other equitable relief without the necessity of proving actual damages. Employee agrees that such relief shall be available in a court of law regardless of the arbitration provisions contained in Section 16 of this Agreement.
