Unhedged Variable Rate Debt. Any Indebtedness with respect to which the interest is not fixed (or hedged to a fixed rate) for the entire term of such Indebtedness to maturity.

Unhedged Variable Rate Debt. The Borrower will not at any time permit the Unhedged Variable Rate Debt of the REIT and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis to exceed twenty percent (20%) of Gross Asset Value.
