Common use of Unibanco - Uniao de Bancos Brasileiras S Clause in Contracts

Unibanco - Uniao de Bancos Brasileiras S. A. ("the Brazilian Administrator and Custodian") provides Brazilian administrative and custodian services to the Fund under the terms of an agreement. Under the agreement, the Brazilian Administrator and Custodian is paid a fee computed weekly and paid monthly at an annual rate of .15% of the Fund's first $50 million of average weekly net assets, .125% of the Fund's next $50 million of average weekly net assets and .10% of the Fund's average weekly net assets in excess of $100 million.
