Common use of Unification of Certain Currencies Clause in Contracts

Unification of Certain Currencies. If the "Euro" (or some other similar unit of account) becomes a currency in its own right in connection with European monetary union contemplated by the Maastricht Treaty, then each of the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Agents agrees to negotiate in good faith an amendment to this Agreement satisfactory in form and substance to the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Documentation Agent to account therefor.
