Common use of Uniform Codes Clause in Contracts

Uniform Codes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, City may apply to the Project Site, at any time during the Term, the then current Uniform Building Code and other uniform construction codes as properly modified by City and uniformly applied on a citywide basis, and City’s then current design and construction standards for road and storm drain facilities. In no event shall any such uniform code or standard be adopted for the purpose of preventing or otherwise limiting construction of all or any part of the Project.
