Common use of Uniform Customs and Practice and Uniform Commercial Code Clause in Contracts

Uniform Customs and Practice and Uniform Commercial Code. The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits as published by the International Chamber of Commerce ("UCP") most recently at the time of Issuance of any Letter of Credit shall (unless otherwise expressly provided in the Letters of Credit) apply to the Letters of Credit. Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent not addressed in the UCP, the UCC shall (unless otherwise expressly provided in the Letters of Credit) apply to the Letters of Credit.
