Uniform Dollar Contribution. The Employer’s contribution to a Plan utilizing a uniform dollar allocation formula for a Plan Year shall be the same dollar amount to each Participant regardless of Compensation, Years of Service, age or any other variable set forth in the Adoption Agreement.
