Uniform Laws. This Agreement will not be governed by any codification of Article 2 or 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code, or any codification of the Uniform Computer Information Technology Act (UCITA), or any references to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
